Click on the toolbar with the cluster of icons in the bottom-right corner of your screen. Then click on "Settings":

From the settings panel, select "Add connection > L2TP > Add private network":

Complete this form as below:
- Server hostname: Enter the RapidVPN server IP
Note: To see your server IP address, login here with your username and password. - Service name: RapidVPN
- Provider type: L2TP/IPsec + pre-shared key
- Pre-shared key: 8870680
- Username: Enter your VPN username
- Password: Enter your VPN username
"Save identity and password" and click "Connect".
Perfect! You have successfully secured your Chromebook connection via L2TP.

Disconnect: To disconnect your VPN profile, go into the "Settings" panel, click on "Private network >Disconnect":
